Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Engineering Services

By engaging Spiter Web Applications, Inc. for application development, system architecture, or technical consulting, you agree to these Master Terms. Development begins only after a formal Project Specification Document (PSD) is executed and the initial sprint retainer is settled.

2. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

All proprietary code, framework structures, and system logic developed by Spiter Web Applications, Inc. remain the property of the Corporation until final project settlement. Upon completion and final payment, the client is granted a perpetual, non-exclusive license or full ownership as defined in the specific service contract.

3. Technical Liability & Maintenance

Spiter Web Applications, Inc. provides a limited 30-day bug-warranty following deployment. We are not liable for system outages caused by third-party cloud providers (AWS/Azure/GCP) or client-side modifications post-deployment.

4. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in San Luis Obispo County, CA, where Spiter Web Applications, Inc. is registered.
